Terms of Service – Royalty Reign Real Estate Media LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Royalty Reign Media (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Royalty Reign Media provides real estate media services including, but not limited to:
Listing Services: Listing Photography, Drone Photography, Drone Videography, Express Listing Video (Vertical Included), Cinematic Listing Video (Vertical Included), Interactive Virtual Tour, 2D Floor Plan, 3D Floor Plan.
Branding Services: Lifestyle Photography, Vertical Reel, Content Videography.
Add-On Services: Agent Guiding Home Tour, Content Clip, Twilight Photography, Twilight Videography, Virtual Staging Photography, Virtual Staging Videography, Image Decluttering, Rush Delivery (1hr-24hr).
All services are delivered as described at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update or modify offerings at any time.
2. Booking & Appointments
A confirmed booking requires a valid payment method and scheduled appointment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring full property access at the scheduled time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this window, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Failure to provide access (including incorrect lockbox codes or restricted entry) may result in additional fees.
3. Property Readiness
The property must be fully prepared prior to the scheduled shoot, including:
Cleaning
Staging
Lighting setup
Removal of unwanted items
Royalty Reign Media does not clean, stage, or rearrange items.
If the property is not ready, services may proceed as-is or require a reshoot at an additional cost.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before any media is delivered.
Accepted payment methods are listed in our Payment Policy.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Chargebacks will result in immediate revocation of usage rights and may lead to legal action.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules made 24+ hours in advance incur no fee.
Changes within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or access failures will require a new booking and may incur fees.
6. Delivery & Turnaround
Delivery timelines vary by service and begin after the shoot is completed.
Standard delivery windows are outlined in our Delivery Policy.
All media is delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link.
7. Editing & Revisions
All media is edited in our signature professional style.
One round of minor revisions may be included.
Additional edits or major changes may incur fees.
RAW or unedited files are not provided.
8. Reshoots
Reshoots are handled in accordance with our Reshoot Policy:
Free reshoots apply only in cases of company error
Additional fees apply for client-related or property-related issues
9. Weather & Conditions
Outdoor and aerial services are subject to weather and safety conditions
Overcast skies and typical conditions do not qualify for reshoots
Drone services may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe
We do not guarantee specific weather, lighting, or environmental conditions.
10. Copyright & Usage License
All media remains the intellectual property of Royalty Reign Media.
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the media for marketing a single property listing.
Media may not be:
Resold or transferred
Used by third parties
Reused for new listings without permission
Altered or edited without approval
Unauthorized use may result in additional fees or legal action.
11. Liability Limitation
Royalty Reign Media is not liable for:
Market performance or listing results
Seller dissatisfaction
Weather conditions
Platform or MLS issues
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
12. Refunds
Services may be non-refundable once completed. Refunds can only be made upon clear understanding of unusable media quality, weather conditions, and or unforeseeable life-changing events.
Concerns regarding quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If an issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will provide revisions where appropriate.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved as follows:
Good-Faith Negotiation
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal, good-faith negotiations.Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to non-binding mediation in Harris County, Texas, with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.Binding Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.The arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction
Waiver of Litigation
By agreeing to these Terms, both parties waive the right to bring claims in court or participate in a jury trial, except as necessary to enforce an arbitration award.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
15. Acceptance
By booking through our website, platform, email, phone, or any other method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
