Payment Requirement

Full payment is required prior to the release of any media. All galleries and downloads remain locked until payment is completed.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • ACH Transfer

  • Online Invoice (via approved platform)

Not Accepted

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • Post-closing payments

  • Pay-later arrangements

Invoices & Late Payments

  • All invoices are due immediately upon receipt.

  • Accounts unpaid after 7 days may receive a payment reminder.

  • A late fee may be applied after 14 days of non-payment.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback results in:

  • Immediate revocation of media usage rights

  • Unauthorized use of media

  • Potential legal action and recovery of fees

By booking services, you agree to these payment terms.

Delivery timelines begin after the shoot is completed:

  • Listing Photography, Express Listing Video, Express Vertical Listing Video, Aerial Photography, Aerial Videography, Interactive Virtual Tour, 2D Floor Plan, 3D Floor Plan, Lifestyle Photography, Vertical Reel, Agent Guiding Home Tour, Content Vertical Reel, Twilight Photography, Twilight Videography, Virtual Staging Photography & Videography, Virtual Staging Videography: 24–48 hours

  • Cinematic Listing Video, Cinematic Vertical Listing Video, Content Videography: 48–72 hours

Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Method

All media is delivered digitally via:

  • Online gallery

  • Download link

  • MLS-ready and high-resolution formats

Editing Style

All media is edited in Royalty Reign Media’s professional signature style.
By booking, the client agrees to this creative standard.

Revisions

  • One (1) complimentary round of minor revisions is included

  • Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery

Minor Revisions Include:

  • Brightness / exposure adjustments

  • Color correction

  • Cropping

  • Small touch-ups

Additional / Paid Edits Include:

  • Object removal

  • Virtual staging

  • Sky replacement (if not included)

  • Lawn repair or reconstruction

  • Major Photoshop edits or reprocessing

Unedited Files

RAW or unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

File Storage

Final media is stored for 60 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files within this timeframe.

Reshoot Policy

Client Responsibility

The property must be fully prepared and photo-ready at the time of the appointment.
Royalty Reign Media does not clean, stage, or move items during the shoot.

Free Reshoots (If We’re At Fault)

Reshoots will be completed at no cost if caused by:

  • Missing rooms or agreed-upon shots

  • Technical errors or equipment failure

  • Corrupted or unusable files

Paid Reshoots (Client / Property Issues)

Reshoot fees apply when caused by:

  • Property not being photo-ready

  • Staging or furniture changes after the shoot

  • Seller or agent-requested changes

  • Access issues or missed areas not requested beforehand

  • Requests for additional angles after delivery

Partial / Mini Reshoots

Single-room or small updates may be scheduled at a reduced rate.

Weather Conditions

  • Overcast skies and typical Texas weather do not qualify for reshoots

  • Drone reshoots due to unsafe flying conditions will be rescheduled at no cost

  • Ground services will proceed unless conditions make shooting impossible

Scheduling

All reshoots are subject to availability and must be booked as a new appointment.
