Fee Schedule Appendix – Royalty Reign Real Estate Media LLC

This Fee Schedule applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are subject to change at any time. Fees may be adjusted at the discretion of Royalty Reign Media under exceptional circumstances.

1. Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Cancellation (24+ hours before appointment): No fee

  • Cancellation (within 24 hours): $75

  • Same-day cancellation: $95

  • No-show / No access: $125

  • Reschedule within 24 hours: $50

A no-show includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inaccessible property

  • Incorrect lockbox code

  • No response upon arrival

  • Delays exceeding the grace period

2. Reshoot Fees

  • Full Photo Reshoot: $125

  • Aerial-Only Reshoot: $75

  • Video Reshoot: $150–$250 (based on property size)

  • Twilight Reshoot: $100

  • Mini Reshoot (1–2 rooms): $55

Reshoot fees apply when the need for a reshoot is not caused by Royalty Reign Media.

3. Revision & Editing Fees

  • First revision round: Complimentary

  • Additional revision rounds: $25–$40 per round

  • Major edits (object removal, heavy retouching): $15–$50 per image

  • Full set re-editing: Starting at $55

All revision requests must align with Royalty Reign Media’s editing standards.

4. Travel Fees

  • 0 - 15 miles: Free

  • 15 - 25 miles: $1.75 per mile

  • 25+ miles: Custom quote required

Travel fees are calculated based on distance from the primary service zone: Energy Corridor @777 N Eldridge Pkwy, Unit 270, Houston, TX 77079

5. Rush Delivery Fees

  • Rush Photo Delivery (same-day or under 12 hours): $75

  • Rush Reel Delivery: $50

  • Rush Video Delivery: $75-$125

Rush services are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.

6. Add-On Services

  • Simulated Twilight: $15/image

  • Real Twilight Shoot: $150

  • Virtual Staging: $30–$50/image

  • Sky Replacement: $10/image

  • Grass / Lawn Enhancement: $10/image

Add-ons must be requested at booking or will be billed separately.

7. Late Payment Fees

  • Invoice overdue after 14 days: $25

  • Every additional 7 days overdue: +$25

Royalty Reign Media will issue a payment reminder after 7 days prior to applying late fees.

8. Copyright & License Violation Fees

Unauthorized use of media will result in the following fees:

  • Reuse for a new listing: $100 per incident

  • Transfer to another agent: $150

  • Use for rental listings: $75

  • Builder or commercial use without license: $250+

  • Unauthorized editing or watermark removal: $100 per image

These fees do not limit Royalty Reign Media’s right to pursue additional legal remedies.

9. Enforcement

Royalty Reign Media reserves the right to:

  • Withhold delivery of media for unpaid balances

  • Revoke usage rights for violations or chargebacks

  • Enforce all fees outlined in this schedule

By booking services, the client agrees to this Fee Schedule Appendix.
